How do I find a game?

Open Browse and search, or start from the shelves on the home page. The find a game guide covers filters and shelves.

Where are the games I own?

They are in your library. See Your library.

I paid and the game is not in my library

Sign in with the same account you paid with. A card purchase can take a moment to show up. If it is still missing, use the support page and include the email on the account. Buying itself is described in How buying works.

How do I report a page?

Use the report link on the page, or the report guide. Copyright claims use the DMCA form, which has its own fee.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is in Settings. What is kept and for how long is in the privacy policy.
