Copyright (DMCA) notices

If content on Blazium Games infringes your copyright, file a notice at blazium.games/dmca. It's the only way we accept copyright notices. The rules are in section 17.1 of the Terms of Service.

The fee

Filing costs $100, plus $100 for each uploader account your links belong to. Links to two games by the same developer cost $200; links to games by two different developers cost $300. The form shows the total before you pay.

The fee pays for reviewing and verifying the claim, and it discourages spam and false claims. It is not refundable, whether the claim is accepted, rejected, resolved, closed or withdrawn. If you dispute the charge with your bank, we may close the claim.

File a notice

You don't need an account.

  1. Open blazium.games/dmca. If you emailed a notice to dmca@blazium.games, the automatic reply has a link that fills in your email address and the links from your message.
  2. Enter your Full legal name, Company (optional), Email, Phone and Postal address.
  3. Describe the work you own, or are authorized to act for.
  4. Paste the links to the content on blazium.games, one per line, up to 50. Use a listing page (developer.blazium.games/game-name), a developer page (developer.blazium.games) or a download link. Each link is checked as you type: a ✓ shows the listing and account it belongs to, and a ✗ explains what's wrong. The fee updates with each new account.
  5. Tick the good faith and penalty of perjury statements, and type your full legal name as your signature.
  6. Tick that you understand the fee isn't refundable, then click Pay $… and file. You pay on Stripe Checkout.

After payment you're sent back to a page that shows your claim reference (DMCA- and six characters) once the payment is confirmed, and the receipt email includes that reference. Keep it for any follow-up. If you cancel Stripe Checkout, the notice is not filed and your card is not charged.

Notices sent by email, post or any other way aren't filed. An email to dmca@blazium.games only gets the automatic reply with the link.

What happens next

  • We forward your notice to each uploader named in it, including your name, company and email address. Only our staff see your postal address and phone number.
  • Our staff review the claim and may email you or the uploader for more information.
  • If we decide the claim is valid, we may disable or remove the content and suspend or ban the uploader's account. If not, we close the claim and the content stays up. Staff decide alone. Filing doesn't guarantee removal, and we don't owe an explanation or an appeal.
  • Account action is decided claim by claim. There is no fixed repeat-infringer policy.
  • While a claim is open, we keep a record of each named listing and file as it was when you filed, even if the uploader changes or deletes it.
  • We don't share the uploader's identity or contact details without a United States court order.
  • Forwarding a notice or deciding a claim is not legal advice, and it is not an admission that the content does or does not infringe.

To add information to your claim, email dmca@blazium.games with your claim reference in the subject.

If a notice names your content

You get an email with the notice, and it shows up under Settings > Copyright notices at blazium.games/settings/copyright. A banner on your dashboard points to it while a claim is under review. Notices appear only once the claimant has paid.

The list shows each notice's reference, status, claimant, filing date and how many of your links it names. A notice is open while staff are reviewing it, then accepted, rejected, resolved, or closed. Open one to see:

  • the claimant's name, company and email address
  • the work they describe, their statements and signature
  • your links that it names, and whether a listing was disabled
  • messages from our staff, such as a request for information
  • the decision, once there is one

There is no formal counter-notice. What you can do:

  • Answer the claimant directly at their email address, if you want to.
  • Send us anything relevant, such as a license or proof that the work is yours, by emailing dmca@blazium.games with the reference in the subject.
  • Remove the listing or any of its builds yourself at any time from your dashboard.

AI agents connected with the developer MCP tools can read the same notices with list_copyright_notices and get_copyright_notice. Nothing about a notice can be changed over MCP. See the MCP reference.
