Report a game or a person

If a game or a person breaks the rules, report it from their page. You don't need an account.

  1. Click Report on the game's store page or on the developer's page.
  2. If you are signed out, enter Your Email so we can ask for more details.
  3. Pick a Report Category: spam, inappropriate, harassment, copyright or other.
  4. Describe the problem in Detailed Report Reason. Links and specifics help.
  5. Click Submit Report.

A message under the form confirms it was sent.

Reports are reviewed against the Terms of Service, and what happens next is our decision.

Something in chat

Chat follows the Chat Rules. In a game's channel, the game's owner and admins can ban or mute someone. For anything else, email support@blazium.games with the channel, the usernames, and the time. Chat isn't logged, so a screenshot helps. If a child is in danger, contact your local authorities first.

A report with the copyright category is input to our own moderation, not a copyright notice. A report, an email, or any other demand is not a takedown. Section 17 of the Terms says outside demands are not orders we follow. The only outside process is a paid copyright notice under section 17.1, filed at blazium.games/dmca. See Copyright (DMCA) notices for the fee and what happens next.

If a notice names content you uploaded, you can read it under Settings > Copyright notices. You are responsible for what you upload.

Bugs are different

A bug in a game is not a report. Contact the game's developer instead. For problems with the website, the desktop app or your account, see Get help.
