Patron memberships

A developer can sell tiers on their public page. A higher tier includes every lower tier's games, locked posts, and patron-only sales. A page can have at most 12 tiers.

Monthly tiers renew by card. One-time tiers are paid by card or from the wallet balance. The sale fee is the same as a game sale: $0.25 plus 8%. Tax and the card fee are added at checkout. The price you pay is copied onto the membership. A later price change applies only to new pledges.

A membership payment is not refundable, including by staff. Cancel does not return the money. It stops the next renewal. Access that lasts only while you belong continues until the paid period ends.

Access starts after a 12 hour payment check. Until that check finishes, the games are listed in your library as pending and are not playable. If the check fails, a first pledge is not granted. A missed later month removes only while-you-belong games. A permanent or lifetime game from a month that was paid stays. A card dispute is different: that charge was never paid, so every game that charge unlocked is removed, including a permanent one.

Buying a higher tier charges that tier's full price. There is no credit for time left on the lower tier. The lower pledge ends when the new charge is confirmed.

One game can be pooled onto one tier of another developer's page. The page developer has to accept the link before anyone is granted the game. Removing the link does not take away licenses already issued.
